Speeding Accident Leads To Six Figure Settlement

In the 1970s they said “speed kills”. It remains true today. Cases involving speeding motorcycles and drug use are some of the hardest to win. But we seem to win them time and time again.

In the most recent case we represented the estate of a man killed in a motorcycle accident. The man killed was going twice the legal speed limit. He also had crank in his pocket and bloodstream. We took the position that the methamphetamine made him more alert than the driver who hit him.
