About Samantha
I’ve been practicing law for about 10 years and have spent my career representing people who have been injured and their families.
I’ve always liked the analytical side of things—science, math and figuring out how things work. My dad is a doctor and medicine is also something I was exposed to and interested in growing up.
These interests carried over really naturally into personal injury law.
I especially enjoy the medical side of personal injury cases—reviewing the anatomy and science involved, understanding the mechanism of injury and working through medical evidence.
But the medicine is only part of the story. Two people can have the same diagnosis and experience it very differently. Understanding what an injury has actually changed for someone—their work, family life, hobbies, plans and everyday routines—is just as important and interesting to me.
Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my husband and our two young kids.

We like to ski, bike, hike and spend time at the lake together.

Having a family has also given me a different perspective on the work I do. When someone gets hurt, the impact rarely stops with that person. An injury can change what someone is able to do with their kids, how responsibilities are divided at home and what the family can do together.
Those things are often the most important part of the case. My job is to understand all of it and then figure out the best way to tell that story.
