We focus on personal injury.  But litigation skills are transferrable to many other areas of practice.

One of the niecest complements an attorney can get is when an opponent asks us to represent them or a family member.  And that’s what happened in this case.

We’ve had a number of cases against Attorney X.  One day Attorney X calls and says that his wife was harassed at work.  He wanted us to handle her case.

Both he and his wife wanted to wrap up the case as efficiently and quickly as possible.  We prepared a very detailed letter describing the harassment and proposed early mediation (mediation before suit was even filed).

The front-loaded effort paid off.  Not only did the employer agree to early mediation, it sent two representatives, negotiated in good faith and paid a significant amount of money to settle the employment case.
