My family immigrated from Korea to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1984.  I wouldn’t be who I am if not for my Korean-Hawaiian-American heritage.  I am proud of my blended culture that values family, hard work, discipline, grit, innovation and of course, good food.

In 1998 I was lucky enough to land a job at Tam & Stanford, a small but prestigious law firm in Honolulu.  While working there I attended night classes at the University of Hawaii and obtained a paralegal degree in 2000.

My family and I moved to Washington state in 2003.  I worked as a litigation paralegal at Gordon Thomas Honeywell in Tacoma before joining Myers & Company in 2006.

It sounds like a cliche but I love what I do – I love the people I work with and most of all I love helping people find resolution.
